Jon represents individuals and business in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, consumer protection, and insurance coverage disputes.

Prior to joining Schott, Bublitz & Engel, Mr. Monson worked for years as a defense attorney on countless personal injury claims, insurance coverage disputes, cases involving construction accidents and defects, and fire and explosion losses.  Attorney Monson’s extensive courtroom experience together with his years working with insurance claims adjusters and his in-depth understanding of the insurance claims process make him a particularly effective advocate for his clients, both in and out of court.
